The Sweet Spot Bakery was born in 2012 when owners Penny Simons (Penny's Pies) and Kathy Plaisance (Kathy's Kakes) partnered to create a neighborhood bakery & cafe.
They with their team fill their cases daily with cupcakes, cookies, pies & cakes using locally sourced ingredients which changes with the seasons.
